Summary
This study looks at how chronic marijuana use impacts brain inflammation and thinking skills in people with HIV. Researchers will use brain scans and cognitive tests to compare marijuana users and non-users. The goal is to understand whether marijuana helps or harms brain health in this group. About 220 adults with and without HIV are being recruited.
