Summary

This study tested two physical therapy methods for people with moderate knee osteoarthritis (Grade II). One group received hands-on manual therapy (joint mobilization, massage), while the other got standard exercises and electrotherapy. Fifty adults aged 40 to 60 took part for 6 to 8 weeks. Researchers measured pain, function, and balance to see which approach works better.
