Summary

This study tests whether a mango and chia-based drink can improve the gut bacteria of 100 obese children aged 8 to 16 in Paraguay. The children will drink the beverage for 6 weeks, and researchers will analyze their stool samples before and after to see if the drink changes their gut microbes. The goal is to find a simple, natural way to help manage childhood obesity.
