Coloring your way to calm: new study tests mandalas for menopause stress

Summary
This study looks at whether coloring mandalas can help women going through menopause feel less stressed, have a better outlook on menopause, and be more mindful. About 140 women aged 45 to 55 will be randomly assigned to color mandalas or not. The goal is to see if this simple, relaxing activity improves their well-being.
