Vaccine aims to stop colon cancer before it starts in lynch syndrome patients

Summary
This study tests a special vaccine (Tri-Ad5) plus an immune booster (N-803) to see if it can prevent colon and other cancers in people with Lynch syndrome, a genetic condition that raises cancer risk. The vaccine trains the immune system to recognize and destroy precancerous cells. About 186 participants will receive either the vaccine combo or a placebo, and researchers will track how many develop colon growths or cancer over time.
