Summary

This early-phase study tests a new medicine called LY3938577 in healthy volunteers and people with type 1 diabetes. The main goals are to check how the drug moves through the body, its safety, and any side effects. Later parts of the study will compare its blood sugar-lowering effects to a standard insulin. About 118 participants will take part across four groups, with the study lasting up to 13 weeks.
