Summary

This study tests a drug called luspatercept in adults with lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) or related blood disorders who have anemia. The goal is to see if it can reduce the need for regular blood transfusions. Six participants will receive the drug along with standard care, and researchers will monitor both benefits and side effects.
