Progesterone after IUI: a simple step to more live births?

Summary
This study tests whether giving progesterone (a hormone) after intrauterine insemination (IUI) with mild ovarian stimulation increases the chance of a live birth. About 1,000 couples with unexplained infertility will take part. The goal is to see if this simple support can improve pregnancy rates and reduce miscarriage risk.
