Hormone boost after IUI may raise baby chances

Summary

This study tests whether giving extra hormones (luteal phase support) after intrauterine insemination (IUI) with mild ovarian stimulation can increase the chance of a live birth. About 1008 couples with unexplained infertility will take part. The goal is to see if this simple addition makes treatment more effective.
