Inclusion Criteria: * Acute and subacute lumbosacral disc herniation with radiculopathy. * Positive Straight leg raising test or Slump test. Exclusion Criteria: * Spondylolisthesis, prior spinal surgery, "Red Flags" (Cauda Equina, malignancy), or a non-mechanical response to repeated movements and patients with LBP without radiculopathy.
