Summary

This study looks at whether a program of lumbar spine correction training can improve postural awareness and stability in adults aged 25 to 45 who have had low back pain for more than 6 months. Thirty participants will be split into two groups: one doing the special exercises plus standard care, and the other doing standard care alone. The researchers will measure changes in posture habits, disability, balance, and pain levels.
