Summary
This study tests whether lumateperone (Caplyta) can help older adults (60+) whose depression hasn't improved with other treatments. One hundred participants will take either the drug or a placebo alongside their current antidepressant for 10 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in depression scores to see if the drug works better than placebo.
