Radioactive drug targets brain tumors in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a radioactive drug called 177Lu-PSMA-617 combined with standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) for people with aggressive IDH wild type gliomas. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and to get a first look at whether it helps control tumor growth. About 20 participants will receive up to 6 doses of the radioactive drug alongside their usual treatment.
