First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether an antibiotic paste (LSTR) works as well as the standard filling (ZOE) for treating infected baby molars in children aged 4 to 10. 180 kids will be randomly assigned to one treatment and checked after 6 months for healing. The goal is to find a simpler, effective option to save the tooth and avoid extraction.
