First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at how low field magnetic stimulation changes brain activity in people aged 60 and older with bipolar depression. Forty participants will have brain scans before and after real or fake treatment on two separate days. The goal is to understand the brain's response to this gentle magnetic therapy, not to treat the condition directly.
