Summary
This study tested if low-dose ketamine can quickly help teenagers whose depression hasn't improved with standard antidepressants. Researchers enrolled 12 teens aged 13-19 with treatment-resistant depression. They measured changes in depression scores to see if ketamine works better than a placebo.
