First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a low-carbohydrate diet helps teenagers with type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar better than a standard diet. About 40 teens aged 12-18 will follow one of the two diets for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in blood sugar, insulin resistance, and weight to see which approach works best.
