First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding losartan (a blood pressure drug) and nivolumab (an immunotherapy) to standard chemotherapy and radiation can help shrink pancreatic tumors enough for successful surgery. About 168 people with localized pancreatic cancer that is borderline or locally advanced will participate. The main goal is to see if more patients can have their tumors completely removed with clear margins.
