Summary

This study tests whether adding a newer drug, epcoritamab, to a standard two-drug combination can improve outcomes for people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). The standard combo (venetoclax + obinutuzumab) is already effective, but the hope is that epcoritamab will help the immune system kill more cancer cells, leading to deeper and longer remissions. About 33 adults who have not received prior treatment for CLL/SLL will participate.
