New drug shows promise for Long-Term bipolar depression control

Summary
This study tests the long-term safety and effectiveness of a drug called azetukalner in 400 adults with bipolar I or II depression who have already completed a previous study on the same drug. Participants will receive the drug openly (everyone knows they are getting it) for an extended period. The goal is to see how well the drug controls depression symptoms over time and what side effects may occur.
