Summary

This study is checking the long-term safety of the drug pirtobrutinib in people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have already been treated with other drugs. About 150 adults who completed a previous pirtobrutinib study can join. They will take pirtobrutinib by mouth every 4 weeks for up to 5 years, and researchers will track any serious side effects.
