Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety and effects of the experimental drug GSK4527226 in people with early Alzheimer's disease. All 220 participants will receive the drug and must have completed a previous related study. The main focus is on side effects, including brain swelling or bleeding, and how the drug affects thinking and daily function over two years.
