Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a drug combination (loncastuximab tesirine and rituximab) given after precise radiation (stereotactic radiosurgery) is safe for people with central nervous system lymphoma. The trial includes patients whose cancer has returned or who cannot take standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to find the safest dose, with a small group of 12 participants.
