Summary

This study tests a drug called acalabrutinib in 10 people with central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. Acalabrutinib is already approved for another type of lymphoma and works by targeting a specific protein in cancer cells.
