Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment for children and young adults up to age 21 with certain brain tumors that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to recognize and attack tumor cells, then delivered directly into the brain through a small tube. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors.
