NCT ID NCT06623461

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding a fecal microbiota transplant called LND101 to standard immunotherapy can help stop advanced melanoma from growing or spreading. About 128 people with stage IV or unresectable melanoma will receive either immunotherapy alone or immunotherapy plus LND101. The goal is to see if changing gut bacteria improves how well the cancer is controlled.
