Summary
This study aims to find early warning signs for major chronic diseases like stroke, heart disease, and cancer by following 4,500 healthy adults aged 30-80 in Lishui. Participants will receive regular check-ups and long-term monitoring. The goal is to improve prevention and care at the community level.
