Summary

This study tests a wearable light device (Vielight RX Gamma) that shines light on the brain to see if it safely eases bipolar depression symptoms. Forty people with bipolar disorder will either get the active device or a sham (inactive) one, using it in the clinic 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Researchers will track changes in mood, thinking, pain, and quality of life.
