First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a step-up dose of the drug letrozole helps women with PCOS ovulate better than the standard low dose. 70 infertile women with PCOS took either the step-up or standard dose for up to 3 menstrual cycles. Researchers tracked follicle growth, uterine lining thickness, and pregnancy rates to see which approach worked best.
