New drug duo tested against rare, Tough-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT04784247

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two existing cancer drugs, lenvatinib and pembrolizumab, is safe and effective for people with advanced sarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery. The trial will enroll 52 adults with specific types of advanced sarcoma who have tried 1-3 prior treatments. Researchers want to see if this combination can help control the cancer's growth and extend the time before it worsens.
