Summary

This study follows 250 people with atrial fibrillation who had a procedure to close a small heart pouch (left atrial appendage) to prevent strokes. The goal is to see how well the procedure works over 5 years, especially for those who cannot take long-term blood thinners. Researchers will track strokes, blood clots, and procedure success using medical records and check-ups.
