NCT ID NCT06285448

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study will test whether it's possible to create a registry for people with Alzheimer's who are receiving lecanemab infusions, along with their care partners. Researchers want to see if they can collect information on quality of life and caregiver burden in a real-world clinic setting. The study will enroll 20 people and their care partners at HealthPartners clinics.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

lecanemab

What this could lead to

If successful, this registry could help researchers understand how lecanemab affects daily life for people with Alzheimer's and their caregivers in real-world settings.

What could go wrong

This is a very small feasibility study (20 people) focused on data collection, not on proving the drug works. It may not lead to broader conclusions.
