Summary
This study tested whether a learning instruction package could improve outcomes for people with knee osteoarthritis. 71 adults aged 20 to 60 with knee osteoarthritis took part. The package aimed to teach patients about their condition and how to manage it, with the goal of easing symptoms and improving daily life.
