Summary
This early-stage study tests if implanting a small piece of the participant's own leg nerve into a key brain area is safe and feasible for people with early Parkinson's disease or Multiple System Atrophy. Seven people will take part; four will get the nerve graft and three will have a sham procedure. The goal is to see if the procedure can be done safely and to gather initial data for future research.
