Summary
This study is testing a new way to pace the heart called left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) in 200 people who need a pacemaker for conditions like slow heart rate or heart failure. The goal is to see if this method is safe and works well over 6 months. Researchers will check for problems like infection, lead movement, or heart injury, and measure how well the pacing works.
