First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether laughter yoga—a practice combining laughing exercises and breathing techniques—can reduce fatigue, improve sleep quality, and boost psychological well-being in people with multiple sclerosis. Forty MS patients participated, with one group doing laughter yoga sessions and the other continuing standard care. The goal was to see if this playful, low-cost activity could ease common MS symptoms.
