First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a special laser along with standard ultrasonic cleaning can reduce pain and kill more bacteria after a root canal. About 120 adults with infected single-root teeth will be randomly assigned to get either the laser combo or standard care. The main goal is to see if the laser group reports less pain in the days after treatment.
