New drug targets Hard-to-Treat cancers with KRAS mutation

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug called KQB548 in people with advanced solid tumors (like pancreatic, colorectal, or lung cancer) that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 78 participants will take the drug and be closely monitored for side effects and response.
