Knee replacement showdown: which implant helps you forget you have a fake knee?
NCT ID NCT06603103
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares two types of knee replacement implants designed to work with a newer, more natural surgical technique called kinematic alignment. The goal is to see which implant helps patients feel more like their knee is their own, with less stiffness and pain. About 120 people needing a first knee replacement will take part, and researchers will track their walking, strength, and overall satisfaction for up to two years.
