Summary
This study looks at whether keeping or removing the posterior cruciate ligament during robotic knee replacement helps patients feel more natural after surgery. About 300 adults having their first robotic knee replacement will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The main goal is to see which group reports less awareness of their artificial knee one year later.
