Summary

This study aims to improve total knee replacement surgery for people with bow-legged (varus) knees due to osteoarthritis. Researchers will use CT scans to compare the affected and healthy legs in 300 adults, helping surgeons decide how much to straighten the knee during surgery. The goal is to reduce pain and improve function by finding the best alignment for each patient.
