This trial tests whether adding midazolam, dexmedetomidine, or esketamine to standard propofol anesthesia helps maintain the right depth of unconsciousness during knee replacement. One hundred adults scheduled for surgery will have their brain waves and vital signs monitored as the anesthesia dose is gradually lowered.
