First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at two different ways to give a nerve block (adductor canal block) for pain after total knee replacement surgery. The goal is to see which method provides better pain control and helps patients get up and move sooner. About 78 adults having knee replacement will take part, and researchers will track their pain scores, how quickly they can walk, and how long they stay in the hospital.
