Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (adductor canal block and pericapsular nerve group block) for pain management after total knee replacement surgery. Sixty adults having knee replacement under spinal anesthesia were included. The goal was to see which block provides better pain relief and improves patient satisfaction in the first 24 hours after surgery.
