Military study tests best Non-Surgical knee OA care

Summary
This study looks at two different non-surgical treatment plans for knee osteoarthritis in 300 military health system patients aged 18-60. The goal is to see which approach better improves physical function and reduces pain over one year. Participants will follow guidelines from the VA and Department of Defense.
