Summary
This study tested two different therapies—fascial distortion model and hamstring stretching—in 44 adults aged 40-60 with knee osteoarthritis. The goal was to see which better reduced pain, improved flexibility, and helped daily function. Participants were treated for 4 weeks, and results were measured using pain scales and movement tests.
