NCT ID NCT07403253

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested two different therapy methods to help people with knee osteoarthritis feel less pain and move better. 44 adults aged 40 to 60 with moderate knee arthritis took part. One group received a special hands-on therapy called the Fascial Distortion Model, while the other did standard hamstring stretches. The goal was to see which approach worked better for easing pain, improving flexibility, and helping with daily activities like walking and climbing stairs.
