Summary

This study compares two treatments for knee osteoarthritis: a nerve block injection guided by ultrasound and standard physical therapy. Researchers want to see which method better reduces pain, improves mobility, and helps balance. The study will include 66 adults aged 40-70 with knee pain for at least 3 months.
