First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether adding two specific hands-on therapies—muscle energy techniques and Mulligan mobilization—to standard physical therapy could improve hamstring flexibility and reduce daily limitations in people with knee osteoarthritis. Twenty-four adults aged 40 and older with mild to moderate knee arthritis took part. The goal was to see if these extra treatments help patients move better and feel less pain.
