Summary
This study tested whether adding two specific hands-on techniques (muscle energy and Mulligan mobilization) to standard physical therapy helps people with knee osteoarthritis. Twenty-four adults with mild to moderate knee arthritis took part. The goal was to see if these extra treatments could improve hamstring flexibility, reduce pain, and make daily activities easier.
