First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether injecting a mix of hyaluronic acid and fibrinogen into the knee joint can reduce pain and improve movement in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 31 adults aged 45 to 75 with knee arthritis will receive the injection and be followed for changes in pain, stiffness, and function. The goal is to see if adding fibrinogen makes the standard hyaluronic acid treatment work better.
