Summary

This study tested whether a collagen injection into the knee could relieve pain and improve function better than a standard hyaluronic acid injection in 100 adults with knee osteoarthritis. Participants received one injection and were followed for up to 52 weeks. The goal was to see which treatment offers safer and more effective symptom relief.
