First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study will compare two hands-on physical therapy techniques—Mulligan's Mobilization with Movement and Kaltenborn's Sustained Mobilization—combined with eccentric exercises to reduce pain and improve daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis. Sixty-eight adults aged 45-70 with grade III knee OA will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and followed for 4 weeks. The goal is to see which approach offers better relief for pain and disability.
